Shipping & Handling Policy

Customers who choose to ship flowers to Pembrook Lane LLC must use overnight shipping and carefully follow the shipping instructions provided upon booking.

Pembrook Lane LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen flowers during the shipping process.

Once the flowers are delivered, Pembrook Lane LLC will notify the sender of receipt. If any flowers are damaged beyond the point that they can be preserved, the customer will have the option to replace the damaged flowers at an additional cost.

Return Shipping Policy

The cost of return shipping is not included in the base price of any items and will be added at the time of booking if the customer selects this option.

• Risk of Loss: Responsibility for products passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect items promptly.
  
  

Care Instructions: Keep pressed floral pieces out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity. Clean gently with a dry, soft cloth.
